SWOT Analysis: The game changer

Hello fellas,

I am sure you must have heard about SWOT Analysis if you are doing something related to entrepreneurial, business or corporate activity. For people who don’t know, SWOT Analysis is a quadrant of four most important elements listed down which if realized, an entire empire can be built based on it.

These elements consist of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats. Let’s understand them one by one.

Strengths: It can be anything which you can find within as a positive remark. It gives you positivity about yourself, enhances your confidence & empowers you to do more. It gives you an edge compared to your competition.

Weaknesses: Whatever you feel within that stops you from doing something for your own good can be categorized as a weakness. It gives you a sense of worthlessness may be for a moment, for a day or for your entire life. You may think weakness as a barrier to following what your heart wants to do. It allows you to give away your chance to someone else to achieve something. Rings the bell? 😊

Opportunities: If you look around and feel that something is wrong and you feel the sense of correcting it or making it better, that’s the opportunity. They are always there and unless you have a negative mindset, you will always be able to recognize them.

Threats: Something that makes you fearful and not within you but it’s around you. It may or may not be actual but you still feel insecure because of that. People usually either ignore it or accept it and move towards failure. The ones who plans to deal with it and smash it are the winners.

Go back to each of them one by one and list down that resonates the elements in and around yourself. You will end up creating a list that will blow your mind at first that you knew about yourself this much and then you will have two choices. Forget and go on living the same life OR Start utilizing/working on them one by one and you will start getting ideas on how to grow more and gain more.
